We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Products and Purchases

  • Product Information: We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, the natural color of unrefined shea butter can vary between batches. We cannot guarantee your monitor’s display accuracy.
  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in description or price, or suspicion of fraud.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are your responsibility unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

4. Payment and Billing

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method.
  • You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order leaves our facility in Tamale, Ghana.
  • International Shipping: As an international shipment, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These are the buyer’s sole responsibility. We are not liable for delays or additional charges due to customs.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return Policy: Due to the natural and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us at info@sheabutteroil.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Product Use and Disclaimer

  • Natural Product Disclosure: Our shea butter is a 100% natural, unrefined product. Its texture, scent, and color may vary naturally. For best results and to preserve shelf life, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • External Use Only: Our products are for external use only. We are not medical professionals. It is your responsibility to perform a patch test before widespread use to check for skin sensitivity. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare provider.
  • No Guarantees: Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee that our products will treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by interfering with its security, using it for unlawful purposes, or attempting to harvest data from other users.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is our property and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
